FLY is our response to what makes athletes mentally perform at their best.
We aim to help athletes involved in high-performance projects better express their talents under pressure and staying the course. This program gives a significant role to coaches in their key role of mental coaching for results and sustainable progress.
The proposed development is based on our practices and research, relying on key skills described in "The 9 Tasks". It enables athletes and coaches to precisely target excellence behaviors already in place, those to work on, and the priority actions to implement to progress. You can create your Personal Progress Plan (see "My Path" section).
FLY is also a unique team of 3 highly experienced consultants in athletes' mental high-performance. We believe in the value and impact of exchanging perspectives and collective construction.
